From Wednesday to Sunday, April 9 to 13, 2025, the St. Gallen Spring Fair will take place. A total of 94 market vendors will showcase their goods, while 31 amusement operators will be present in the Luna Park.
Ferris Wheel and Rides at the St. Gallen Spring Fair
The Spring Fair 2025 kicks off in St. Gallen on Wednesday, April 9. The 94 market vendors will display their products on both sides of Sonnenstrasse and Parkstrasse, as well as on Spelteriniplatz, extending all the way to Ekkehardstrasse. The market stalls cover a total length of approximately 570 meters.
Luna Park for All Ages
Luna Park will feature 31 attractions including rides, walking experiences, game booths, and shooting galleries. Among the featured attractions are “Auto-Scooter,” “Ferris Wheel,” “Freestyle,” “Wave Swinger,” “Air Jump,” “Ghost Hour,” “Discovery,” “Phoenix – Type Afterburner,” “Crazy Hotel,” “Dance Jumper,” “Crazy Carpet,” and “Jungle Street.” An additional 15 game and shooting booths will round out the offerings.
For children, the Luna Park will include rides such as “Flying Toys,” “Fairy Tale Flight,” “Willy the Worm,” and “Jungle Rally.” The amusement area begins at the main entrance of the OFFA fairgrounds and stretches westward across the school yards of the University of Teacher Education on the north side and Spelterini School on both the north and east sides, reaching all the way to Spelteriniplatz.

During the Spring Fair, the following opening hours apply for the amusement rides, market stalls, and food stands:

Music at the amusement rides is permitted daily from 1:30 PM. Out of consideration for local residents, music must end by 9:45 PM on weekdays, by 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and by 7:00 PM on Sunday, coinciding with the fair’s closing time.
