Luna Park Geneva is located at the square “Plaine de Plainpalais” where it opens in the end of March and closes in the middle of April. It is stop number three on the tour of the Travelling Luna Park in the french speaking part of Switzerland (Romandy).
Luna Park Geneva does arrive at Plainpalais occasionally in other parts of the year when other events attract a lot of visitors around Plaine de Plainpalais. Some years this has for example been the case at the Christmas market by the end of the year. Plaine de Plainpalais where Luna Park Geneva is located is situated in the center of the city and also hosts a range of other events such as markets (including flea markets), concerts etc.
When events at the lake side attract people (such as the Swiss national day the 1st of August) the park also deplaces itself there – typically to Quai Wilson.
