Recent history
Iconic festival of Saint-Brieuc, the American Lunapark sets up in Brézillet from November 5th to 27th. A final edition in the area where it was born before a probable relocation to another site in Saint-Brieuc in 2023.
It has been 40 years since the American Lunapark first installed its rides in Saint-Brieuc. Initially at the Parc des Expos, then in the parking lot in front of Aquabaie (but only for a short time, as the space was too limited), and for at least 18 years now on the outskirts of the former wholesale market. This goes to show how the event, which has become an institution, is associated with Brézillet. However, 2022 will be the last edition in this location, as the City of Saint-Brieuc has sold the site of the former wholesale market to Bleu Mercure to create a leisure complex.
