The Luna Park in Mexico City was called “La Feria Chapultepec Mágico”. It opened in 1964 under the name Juegos Mecánicos de Chapultepec and was initially owned and operated by the government of Mexico.
In 1992 it was aquired by the the Spanish entertainment and media group Grupo CIE. The group changed the parks’ name to La Feria Chapultepec Mágico upon purchase.
The park boasted more than 50 different rides and attractions. It also hosted several animal attractions.
Entry price and tickets
In La Feria Chapultepec Mágico you had to buy a pass to get in. There were different passes that gave acces to different rides:

Compared to other amusement parks in North America, the prices in La Feria Chapultepec Mágico were relatively low.

Opening hours in 2019
In 2019 La Feria Chapultepec Mágico was open every day of the year, but could occasionally be closed due to maintenance or similar reasons. Its’ opening hours vary according to the season and can also be affected by maintenance.
Normally the opening hours were the following:

Transport
La Feria Chapultepec Mágico was situated in the Chapultepec Park. You could get to the park in car or by public transport. By the latter you could take either the metro to the stop “Metro Constituyentes” (line 7, direction Naranja) or the metro to the stop “Metro Chapultepec” (line 1, direction Rosa), and walk the rest of the way.
